Kerr is witty, congenial, and a good interview, but he is also an airhead that often goes completely over-the-top with his praise at times, especially of rival players and teams. When Golden State was trouncing everybody, he would always always say something nice or make some wild claim about the other team no matter how badly the Warriors would pummel their opponents. I guess he felt bad for them, I don't know. Dude played with Pippen, Jordan, and Rodman. There's no way in his heart of hearts he believes Lebron is a better defender than those three. Lebron definitely isn't a more versatile defender than either Pippen or Rodman, and sure as hell isn't a better man defender than Jordan, Pippen, or Rodman.
