Whoah. Covid deaths to surpass 400,000 in US before January

That's insane. Just saw it on Cnn. It could be as much as 600,000 under the new model. They estimate 3,000 deaths a day pretty soon. And the worst thing is this all could have been avoided.

We thought things were getting better. And it looks like we haven't even begun.

And now they're saying even with a vaccine, it's not Game Over. Still needs masks and social distancing. This is unbelievable. If only our president could have saved us from the start.

How many of those people would have died this year regardless of contracting COVID-19?

Even if it does hit 400k and even if you SOLELY attributed those people's demise to COVID-19, it still disproportionately impacts the elderly who are on the way out anyways AND.. more people die from both cancer AND heart disease than that, each and every year... don't see everyone losing their shit running around hysterical about those issues, now do we?

It will be around 220,000 or 235,000 on the higher end. Numbers would be better but factor in post election relaxation, Holiday get togethers and people unable to distinguish common flu from it and spreading it further.
