He actually isn't. He elevated the Hawks and Bucks far beyond what they should have been. The Bucks are not that great of a team. The fact that he got a weak roster with only one star to the best record in the league back to back years shows he is a good coach.

He performs horribly in leading his team during the playoffs.

Five years ago, when he was with the hawks, they just got swept in the ecf by bron and his loveless cavs.
