The Memphis Grizzlies’ Ja Morant has been named the 2019-20 NBA Rookie of the Year, the NBA announced today. The 6-3 guard is the second player to win the Rookie of the Year Award with the Grizzlies, joining Pau Gasol (2001-02).

Morant put up great #s for a rookie guard, 18 and 7 on 49% pre bubble (the ROY games).

Really now? I can think of few that were more overrated. Would you take Lonzo or Morant? It's Ball's 3rd season and he is producing 12 and 7 on 40% Who knows how high Morant will soar into his third season. I can safely predict better than 12 and 7 on 40%.
