Can black coachs prove that they are capable of leading teams to multiple championships not characterized by fluke before complaining about not getting hired? In the last 10 years, the league has had about 40-50% of black coaches in all NBA teams, and only 1 has won the title(Lue). And its evident that he simply relied on Lebron James and the star power. The league are hiring black coaches, just not the teams serious at competing for NBA finals and playoffs victories. Black coaches have not proved that they are capable of what white coaches can in a champion contender team, even in NCAA the most successful coaches are white coaches. There is a pattern here and theres a reason that they are only suitable for tank teams or as assistant coaches.

1- Non-black players, coaches, GM's, trainers should not be exist in NBA
2- Any non-black person should not pay for watching games on TV/Internet/arena or jersey etc. Not only in USA, I mean all over the world.

Now it's racist to want more diversity and to question why historically it has been difficult for blacks to get more opportunities in certain positions. I don't agree with Stephen A. because his comments were not balanced or helpful.
Red Auerbach went against the grain by handing the keys over the Bill Russell. People were so offended by the thought of a black coach Bill Russell had to serve as player / coach. To make the argument that black coaches are inferior to white coaches shows you bias. The majority of black coaches are hired by losing or rebuilding organization, it is rare for one to get a job with a championship contender. Coaches usually get too much credit and too much blame, the players are the most important ingredient of winning it should be obvious to anyone that understands the game.

It's majority white because they excluded blacks from competing in the market. Currently the NBA is a partnership between a minority workforce and a white ownership group. Both sides half to agree on what is equitable moving forward or part ways. Perhaps a new league is the solution, that way white owners and ignore the concerns of the minority workforce, and the players can play in a system that they find more equitable and aligned with their interest.
