If you believe a video like this with such nefarious overtones about one of the two primary leading candidates for POTUS and their ties to a foreign power, you have to, by default, believe that the NSA, CIA and FBI are all completely asleep at the wheel... or complicit. So basically what I'm saying is that there is one of three things going on here...

1) The overarching picture this video is trying to paint is utter bullshit...
OR...
2) Our intelligence agencies are incompetent
OR...
3) Our intelligence agencies are complicit
