The thought of Lebron winning a championship is messing with my mental health

I just feel it's not fair because he bulldozes. If the Lakers win this year, I'm gonna be in a very dark place. I'd rather the season be canceled. Any advice on how to cope with this? It's like I watch basketball only to see Lebron lose. I don't even care who wins the chip this year as long as Lebron loses, then I'm happy. I think it's because of his dishonest fans. They are the reasons I don't like Lebron. If he didn't have such annoying fans, then maybe I wouldn't care as much. Also, I don't like how he gets treatment from refs. I know that the 2016 Finals was a farce. I saw it with my own eyes.

I definitely think the NBA is better off if Lebron doesn't win. People don't like him. Plus this is corona season. They aren't supposed to be playing. People are sick. It ain't right.

If anyone could give me some good advice, I'd appreciate it. I couldn't sleep last night. This morning when I woke up it was like having a big hangover.

I was a Kobe hater too and then later rooted for him. He never won when I rooted for him though. There was a time when I made a bet with my friend that Lebron would win 5 championships with the Heat and that he would win the first year. I lost that bet badly and paid 30 bucks a month for 2 years. Then when he started getting credit every year even when losing, that's when I started to hate him. I feel like he shouldn't be able to bulldoze.

I hope your statement is figurative, because mental health is a serious issues and people need to approach it in a serious matter. I understand what you’re trying to say here, but I wish you had chosen different words. This is quite a sensitive topic for me, as I was dealing with some pretty hard stuff a while ago. I was having depressing thoughts and at one point have lost the will to continue my daily life and just lock myself in my room. I was also getting more panic attacks, so at one point I decided to get help and found this online platform helping with overcoming a panic attack (https://lifestance.com/blog/how-to-help-someone-who-is-having-a-panic-attack/). I was feeling so much better after some time, so I was very grateful.
