to me it feels like almost every single team would immediately be worse. the only exception in the last 20 or so years I can think of is the 2004 pistons which was really a platoon type of team
it's almost impossible to build a championship team around a non-shooting, non-post game having ball dominant small forward. that type of player is a liability

2014 Spurs sure don't get worse if you replace Kawhi or Duncan with Giannis. He's not a liability on a team that has elite ball-movement and 3-PT shooting ability, Bucks aren't as good as advertised, the bulk of their success was Giannis just imposing his will on the opposing teams and blowing them out of the water in 20-30 minutes. Heck, I'd replace Kawhi with Giannis on the 2019 Raptors and I still believe they win it all with the perimeter shooting they had.

2019 Raptors vs 76ers with Giannis would be interesting. Like Kawhi had to hit a game winner to win, so it would be interesting if Giannis would have the same situation.
