It depends how you define privilege because there is something called privilege and it comes in the form of genetics and beauty. Now if they are saying Whites are better looking than Blacks than it is racist against Blacks. As stupid as that may sound but it can be interpreted like this. Look at all the whitening creams out there and light skinned is something people want to achieve from other races besides Whites.
