As much as it’s cool to see a smaller market like Milwaukee have a team capable of making solid perennial playoff runs, it would be pretty compelling to see the Warriors with Giannis. The regular season potential in particular would be pretty awesome. Theyd still lack a cold blooded closer in the playoffs which could be a problem. But it would just add that much more depth to the West next year. Make the playoffs even more competitive. Could be pretty interesting.

GS + Greek is no guarantee in the playoffs. None of them have proven they can carry a load on the biggest stage. Curry has definitely taken some big loads, in private, but hes never carried one.

Playoffs are a diff animal. They would have four combined regular season MVPs but zero FMVPs. What makes you think thats a lock to get past LeHung, or the Clippers, or even some of the other west heavy hitters?

It would be great to add another strong team to the conference but theyre far from a guarantee IMO.
