This is LeBrons 8th

17 and 18 were peak lebron years and he was robbed by a rediculious super team anomaly.

Jordan has zero years as good as lebron 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 in terms of winning impact

Bulls won 60 without peak Jordan just like Raps won 60 without role player Kawhit

Jordan has ZERO LeBron rings

LeBron hasn’t won yet, and while he’s definitely the favorite nothing is guaranteed. And LeBron has 3 rings not 4.

I just wish he had some competition. Western Conference is a joke. Eastern conference is the real competition

Its truly remarkable that only the most fraudulent and cheap personal decision in NBA history kept LeBron from 2 more and a 3-peat

OP, do you think that LeBron's luck (at least somewhat) evened out with how '13 & '16 played out, especially '13?

I guess I'd be good at mental gymnastics too - if I was a virgin in my late 20s, who's never left moms basement and lives through a basketball player that lacks integrity

It's also remarkable that collusion is the only reason why LeBron has any rings.

And that through a decade of multiple collusions, he's only managed 3....2 due to bailout shots and the other playing an extremely young and inexperienced team as opponent

The same one that backdoor swept the Spurs who were on a 20 game winning streak?

Literally everyone knows that series was rigged tbh

You're just angry at the Sours because we dismantled your team and left it underachieved

For him personally?

Of course not.

His individual play in those years should historically yield in a championship anyway, it was a lack of support and teammate performance that stacked the deck against him to begin with ('16 anyway).

He honestly didn't play that well for most of the '13 Finals. I don't think he played to his true capabilities until the 4th in Game 6. I fully agree with you that for him to play at the level he did in '09, '17 & '18 and not win one title in that time frame is extremely unlucky, and honestly unprecedented. I know Kareem had a couple monster playoff runs in the 70's where he didn't win, but he's the only one I can think of that would even be comparable. And obviously losing his 2 best teammates for essentially an entire Finals series is another example.

But imo, he definitely was on the receiving end of some fortunate breaks in his last 2 titles. Not as much in 2016, that's been rehashed to death on here, but he at least put himself in position to win that title with his GOAT performances in b2b elimination games. 2013, you have to give him credit for willing his team back from the dead in the 4th in Game 6 and his masterful performance in Game 7, but as stated before he really struggled offensively for most of that series, got away with some horrific turnovers at the end of Game 6, and managed to pull out a title that he was literally at 1% to win when Manu went to the FT line up by 4 with 30 seconds left.

Yeah, we agree.

He got a lucky break in 2013, but much went against him in several close series' and calls in '09, '14, '15, '17-18.

I could also mention '06-'08, '10, and of course '11, but his play itself wasn't up to par.
