Cop shooting at dog that killed homeless woman is indicted(original thread deleted)

At the time it was posted I don't think the woman had died yet. Anyways the officer was indicted for negligent homicide today.

A couple of takeaways from this other than the officer not being proficient with his weapon and having no respect for his line of fire, a common theme for many recent cop shootings even when they are not shooting under extreme duress.
