How are you the MVP when your supporting cast won a game without your bum ass?

The Warriors won multiple playoffs games without the unanimous MVP in 2016

Yeah and he had the biggest chokejob in sports history the finals that year blowing a 3-1 lead.

Lakers would struggle to win a playoff game if Lebron sat out

Not his fault Silver took over the series.

This without silver lebron would of not won in 16

He deserves it but will get a lot of hate because of the timing. Only KAJ, LeBron and Giannis have won multiple MVP's by age 25.

The Warriors won multiple playoffs games without the unanimous MVP in 2016

Not to mention the Lakers and Rockets won games without LeBron and Harden too. These are NBA teams. No team is going to lose every game. The Bucks likely are a .500 type team without Giannis for a full season. We may get a chance to see that theory put to the test...

Maybe if Draymond wasn't such a dumbass hitting peoples balls all the time he wouldn't be suspended

A back-to-back MVP with no memorable playoff games.

A Steve Nash quality back-to-back MVP.

The last 3 in a row winner was Bird. I can almost guarantee he won't win next year unless he drops like 35/15 and the Bucks win 75 games. If I were a betting man I would put money on Luka next year, with Steph and KD as darkhorse candidates if they have bounce-back seasons and their teams return to/become elite status.

8 years of lebron's prime with no mvp

that disqualifies him from top 5, while the collluding, inferior style, and lack of elite off-ball or shooting keeps him out of top 10

Curious to see how many votes Roid and AD got. They deserve co mvp over Giannis.

Where are those freaks who thought that rings don't mean everything? They now go flagging his b2b mvp titles as worthless just because he remains chipless.

He clearly deserves it for how he was playing in the regular season. After all, it is a regular season award...

And he only deserves the ones he got on Cleveland. Miami was bullshit he gets handed awards for blatant cheating. Whether wade got injured or not. We all knew his intentions was of like except Kd never goes to the warriors without lebron going to Miami.
