Why is somebody you have been saying sucks since day one already all nba at 22 with more postseason success than about 50% of the hall of fame?

Its gonna take an injury for him to not score 25-30 thousand points in the nba and if that’s all he does and he never makes the playoffs again? He’s still had equal or more playoff success than a full 25 HOF inductees....just of players who went in since 2010(counting what they did as a teams best player or leading scorer of course...not bench rings). George Gervin played 13 years and made 2 conference finals and did both of them when you only had to win one round...and one of the teams he beat to do it won 45 games with their franchise player gone due to cocaine and injuries.

Thats near his healthy floor career wise.

Player wise we can argue forever. Career wise?

If he doesn’t get hurt he’s probably....worst case? Vince Carter with more playoff success. Guys go their whole careers without doing anything he’s not done already.

He's the least impressive "superstar" left in the playoffs. Stiff and unfluid, a guy who majors in stepback 3's... He's basically a poor man's Harden. It's been a joy seeing Jimmy Butler take his lunch money. Butler is a true throwback player that plays the paint and midrange while letting his role players Robinson and Herro and Jae launch the 3's. And thats honestly how it should be. Role players that can bang 3's are invaluable, but superstars who do nothing but chuck them especially iso'ing off the dribble are very overrated.
