View Full Version : Nuggets would of been eliminated in 1st round if it wasnt for cardio

They continue to find themselves down in series, down by 16 points in every game. What happens? They always make comebacks because their team has superior cardio vs anybody in the bubble. No team is in cardio peak form because the 6-7 games before playoffs. Why does Denver have better cardio then everybody? They are used to playing in denver, duh.

If you put them on the road against fans in these elimination games and with teams who have equal cardio? They will choke just like last year vs Portland

They lost at home last year in game 7.

Kawhi just choked dude. Just accept it and cheer against LeBron for the rest of the playoffs. It is far from a given LeBron wins it this year.

You missed my point. Denver players are used to playing in Denver, that gives them the ultimate cardio. This Orlando bubble cardio isn't shit to them. That gives them the advantage in the 2nd half of all these comebacks.

Nothing embarrassing about a 2nd round game 7 loss, Tim Duncan had one in 2006 and Jason Terry was even suspended a game. Kawhi also doesn't have two hall of famers in their primes, he has one in George and that's it.

Learn to comprehend. Let's try this again:

"When Kawhi looks on ISH and wonders why this HBK_Klit_2 is still embarrassing himself."

What do you have trouble grasping here? I said YOU are embarrassing yourself. Why? Because you are still here posting days after you said you were leaving till next year. Are you a liar? Yes or no question. Do you think people are honestly engaging you, or making a joke of you at this point? You've reached the 3ball level where people just retort with 1-9 at his MJ/Lebron/Pippen threads.

Nobody cares that PG13 was depressed. Nobody cares that the Nuggets were better conditioned. Nobody cares that Lou and Harrell folded. Nobody cares that Doc did a bad job coaching. Nobody cares about the other examples you're bringing up ( especially ones like 2006 Duncan which are by no means comparable). You say Kawhi doesn't have two HOFers in his prime, but he and PG13 should be a more sure thing than the Nuggets two best players, who at best is a trending HOFer( Jokic) and a young up and coming star ( Murray) that hasn't played long enough to make that assumption yet . Bu bu Playoff P was depressed. Dems the breaks. :confusedshrug:

Kawhi lost, the end. Get over it bitch.

He has, but instead of writing epistles we should just sit back and enjoy the ride. The damage control is beautiful to witness. I have never seen someone go so hard, be so desperate for days on end after a loss. Not just of the game, but also dignity. HBK IQ=2 has taken this really hard and we, as brothers of the winning side, should cherish every second.

On the flip side, they'd get to play some games at home in those Denver conditions. If anything, the bubble hurts them more than it helps them.

Give Kawhi some slack, Doc & the Clippers did not give him games off between games during the playoffs....threw him off completely.

Yep. And under normal conditions the Clippers would have had to play in Denver. The bubble is the most neutral environment possible, no travel lag, no outside influences, no fan pressure, no excuses. If you didn't come ready to play too bad but everyone has been facing the same obstacles.

Yeah it is a weird point. You could certainly make the case not playing road games has benefitted the Nuggets, but the Clippers also didn't have to go to Denver for 3 games.

Bottomline is the Clippers had 3 games to win one and couldn't do it. They choked. No excuses.

It's HBK_Klit cherry-picking. He looks at it from a standpoint of what conditions benefitted the Nuggets in terms of not having to play away games, on top of the conditions in Denver aiding their conditioning. He doesn't extend this logic that the Clips also didn't have to play away games under those same conditions in Denver, because that would be a benefit and he's skewing the conversation in the direction of LA being disadvantaged. Instead of just accepting that the Clips fell short, take the loss with some dignity and move on. He'd rather make himself look like a complete moron running around the board making dumb excuse after dumb excuse. I'm already convinced he's an alt, he's not new round these parts, and probably a mod.
