Looks like Dudley, Howard, Morris, Waiters, and JR are the only FA. Seems like they would try to bring back Howard and Morris for the minimum again.

AD, KCP and Rondo have player options, so I'm assuming they take those and come back.

So they're still over the cap, but they would have something like $47 in expiring contracts, so trades could potentially be in play. Any obvious targets?

Also, does AD take a max deal, or does he take a discount to help the Lakers fill out a roster around him going forward?

The first priority should be getting those guys to take their player options. All 3 of those guys are incredibly important pieces that need to be re-signed.

Outside of that, Howard is the only FA that matters. Wouldn't mind Morris coming back, couldn't care less about the other 3.

I wouldn't be upset if the Lakers looked to move Kuzma for some 3 & D guys. Honestly think that makes this team better.. Kuzma just doesn't fit.

The problem with Kuz is he doesnt get involved much, it seems like his teammates dont trust him enough. If they cant figure it out, then maybe they should think about moving him as well
