He averaged 18 ppg. Kevin Love was out with an injury while Irving was not healthy in the playoffs lebron averaged 31/11/8 as the Cavaliers swept the Hawks

The argument against LeBron that year was that he missed 13 games (where Cavs went 3-10 by the way), as opposed to Curry who missed 2 games.
This argument was of course conveniently forgotten 3 years later when LeBron missed 0 games compared to James Harden's 10 missed games and Harden still won the MVP.
Just like how the "playing in the weak east" argument that was used against LeBron for a decade was suddenly conveniently forgotten this year in favor of Giannis getting the award over LeBron.

A healthy Cavaliers team would have beaten the Warriors if Love and Irving were healthy.

18/8 on 66%TS and played well in close games in the 4th

Lebron got plenty of help from his teammates in those games. JR made it a blowout in the 4th in Game 1 & came up big in 4th/OT of Game 3, along with TT & Shumpert, and then Kyrie came back and everyone on the Cavs dominated in the Game 4 blowout.

Lebron had good averages but he also shot the ball poorly overall. They were only down 1 at the half of Game 3 with Lebron going 3/16 for 10 pts.

Yea against the 1st option Kyle korver led hawks

who was also out for half the series.
