I think it was which players under 25 they’d build around

If the question is build around then Zion Williamson should be higher. To me he should be higher anyway. NO missing the playoffs has him badly underrated, the only better overall offensive player is Doncic and he's the only one with an overwhelming, unstoppable ability.

I assume health must've been a factor, because if we assume that everyone is healthy, then there's no way that Zion should be below #3.

Is Zion better than Booker&Mitchell right now? I don't think so.

Yes. We have a sample size that is 24 games long. Not 4 games long. And in those 24 games Zion averaged 22.5 points on .583 shooting in only 27.8 minutes. That's 29.1 points per 36 minutes. The second highest ever per 36 minutes scoring for a rookie, just after Wilt Chamberlain who averaged 29.2, on a significantly lower efficiency than Zion. Plus rookie Wilt was 3 years older than Zion.

Where the Doncic haters at, tbh?

Philly’s lack of spacing is really holding Ben Simmons back. I think he should be higher based on b-ball skill or even to build around. That’s wild he’s so low.

Zion's issue is the durability to maintain per 36 numbers. He maximizes his usage very well, I think at one point in the season like 75% of the time he touched the ball he either scored or rebounded. So the ball in his hands usually results in something good, but he needs to work on getting up to 35 minutes a night. What was concerning is when he entered the bubble he seemed to have put on weight. Makes me wonder what kind of shape he'll be in next season.

Booker's too high imo. Great scorer, but many of the guys ranked below him are better all-around players.

Based on the playoffs Murray should be higher.

What teams and organizations do these GM's, scouts and executives work for? They have a vested interest in promoting the guys they ranked highly or helped draft.

He's the main reason for their lack of spacing. Holding himself back by refusing to even shoot

Simmons' rating has as much to do with missing the playoffs as anything. I'm certainly not saying they beat the Celts with him but if he goes out and just plays at his averages we'd have seen him do something and he'd be fresh in the mind as a good player.

Murray should be in the 3rd spot after his playoff run this year.

At this point in their careers, Murray is clearly better offensively then Zion. Murray has actually gone out and proven it. Zion is just based on raw potential.

Kuzma was at the top of this list two seasons ago. What happened? Perhaps someone hogs the ball too much for him to shine.

Doncic - trascendental player
Morant - perennial superstar and 1st team-NBA
Murray - playoff run is not a fluke
Simmons - underrated because of bad team construction/coaching
Mitchell - elite scorer, superstar
Tatum - I´m not entirely sold on him, yet.
Booker - great scorer but a tad overrated
Zion - a lot of raw potential, but a lot to prove yet
Bam - elite defender, not a superstar
Rest - don´t care

Not sure what makes Zion better than Trae Young other than size. Neither plays defense. KAT's underrated at this point. Also don't know why Ja Morant is better than Trae. Atlanta's bad team has a lot to do with this.

Yep. Murray is doing it late into the playoffs against top tier teams, he's healthy and can play major minutes. Zion is still an unproven quantity on those fronts.
