I made the mistake of ordering a 24 pack on Amazon just because it was cheap... I have spent the last 4-5 months drinking maybe one a week on days that I feel tired and drowsy. I can't front I do like the taste, but I know it isn't good for you. I have a couple of cans left but after that I will go back to maybe once a year :lol
