...and the thugs in the apartment shot first???

Do people know this? What are you expecting any person to do but shoot back?

You live by the sword, you die by the sword, people.

Just another excuse for haters to wild out.

The legal context in all of this is extremely complex, therefore I think it is best simply to defer to the judgement of Lebron.

Yeah, I was flabbergasted when I found this out. I wonder what % of people protesting know this.

They shot first. The officers also knocked and announced themselves, as it was a knock and announce warrant. It was also confirmed by a witness that they knocked. Her name was on the warrant. She was not an EMT because she was fired after a dead body was found in a car that she was renting. Her name was on the warrant. Breona was not sleeping, with the officers going in shooting her in the bed as she slept. There's a theory that her boyfriend used her as a human shield.

But the media likes to show her EMT graduation image, and give the impression that she was just this sweet, hard working innocent girl who was minding her own business, and that she was killed after the officers raided the wrong apartment. The eventual outcome, mass looting, people that had nothing to do with her and her criminal boyfriend getting killed.

It is bullshit though that this verdict makes national news, while someone like Daniel Shaver's barely gets mentioned. One of the most egregious things the media is doing right now is turning black shootings into round the clock coverage, while completely downplaying the white ones. It's such divisive, race baiting bullshit, and it's legitimately detrimental towards important issues like police reform

This cop shooting veil is probably being done by the fossil fuel industry to distract the libs from climate change. Brilliant.

I think Blacks are just going to protest every shooting no matter the circumstances even if they are justified which 99% of them are.

Blacks just want to be left alone to commit crimes. The law is racist to them.

They shot first. The officers also knocked and announced themselves, as it was a knock and announce warrant.

7 people said they never heard the police identify themselves. Even 911 calls demonstrate the neighbors never heard the announcement.

It was also confirmed by a witness that they knocked.
That witness at first said he didn't hear it. Want to bet that witness had a police record. Remind you they tried to get Breona's boyfriend to lie about Breona.

She was not an EMT because she was fired after a dead body was found in a car that she was renting.

Her name was on the warrant. But she stopped dating the guy six months prior. She had two EMT jobs and I never heard this dead body in the car rumor. Unless you are stupid enough to believe the cops asked her that before blowing up the house - because that definitely wasn't on the warrant.

Breona was not sleeping, with the officers going in shooting her in the bed as she slept. There's a theory that her boyfriend used her as a human shield. Wow, just imagine if these guys had kept their body cams on.

But the media likes to show her EMT graduation image, and give the impression that she was just this sweet, hard working innocent girl who was minding her own business, and that she was killed after the officers raided the wrong apartment. It was the wrong apartment. It was an old warrant that shouldn't have been honored. There was never anything criminal found on her. They tried to get her boyfriend to lie on her.

The eventual outcome, mass looting, people that had nothing to do with her and her criminal boyfriend getting killed.

Whatever the real details are, and however you feel about our law enforcement and justice system, how can anybody think this Breonna Taylor case has anything to do with race?

Was it handled well? Probably not. Did they shoot Breonna Taylor because she was black? No lmao even one of the cops firing was also black. How can people actually think white people hunt black people?

Wow. Thanks for the education on this. I was always under the impression that cops got the wrong house.

They still killed a non threatening person though right? There needs to be accountability for this but yeah when I first heard about the BT case I was pretty outraged because I thought it was a no knock warrant on the wrong house, and they came in guns blazing and killed a hard working EMT. Now I know that narrative was pretty much all bullshit like the whole BLM movement itself

Well that's why they have body cams. You can't blame that on Breona and her boyfriend. Breona hadn't seen the wanted guy in months. Why were going to an innocent person's house and knocking down the door at 3:00 in the morning?

I never heard the wrong house thing. I heard they apprehended the guy they wanted and had no reason to bother with Breona. And that is true, sobeit, he was apprehended very close to the time this embarrassing hishap on an innocent person happened. The warrant seemingly wasn't updated.

because she was being investigated for a while (like the person getting killed in the car she rented, the conversations with locked up bf, seen in trap houses) and she was on the search warrant? Isn't that... normal? Or no search warrants allowed on black folks these days? Why isn't the black community not pissed at the fried brain emotional criminal for shooting because someone knocked? Resulting in her death? There's always a chance cops might bust in if you're involved in criminal activities, i thought people knew this. Atleast the clown's getting payed now last i heard, right?

A juror in the case contended that the Kentucky attorney general misrepresented the grand jury’s deliberations and failed to offer the panel the option of indicting the two officers who fatally shot the young woman, according to the juror’s lawyer.

The unnamed juror filed a court motion on Monday seeking the release of last week’s transcripts and permission from a judge to speak publicly to set the record straight.

That's a bad look on the AG's side. Hopefully they release the transcripts..
