Gets you 10 free throws.

Game was officiated mostly fairly with regards to LeBron's free throw attempts. There was a play in the first half where clearly should've had 2 more free throws when he drove to the basket and was hacked by one of the three Nuggets players that met him, so the refs have a little more to go. But they're making progress.

It's just better to accept the Lakers winning a ring this year. 2/3 teams that could beat him weren't in the picture, and the other had an epic collapse.

Let's be honest, integrity has always been a weak point with this guy...both on and off the court

His whole career has also been manufactured by the league, so it is what it is

LeBron really DID complain to the league... let's not pretend this didn't happen:

https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/lakers-present-case-to-nba-saying-lebron-james-is-not-getting-enough-free-throw-attempts-per-report/

And the league granted it today. Lot's of no calls on his blatant fouls on Murray. Not one call on any of his stiffarm pushoffs. It's bullshit.

It usually does. Underdogs rarely pull this move and you better have a superstar on your team for this strategy to work. Teams know this... so if they complain they do so for good reason.

It literally happened after G2. Murray cried about the calls. The Nuggets get like 20 FT's more than the Lakers in G2 and AD ended that BS.

Even Mike Malone was bitching about the officiating. So, lets not act like it's just the Lakers. Literally every single team and player does this.

Those passive aggressive comments got them +14 FT's in G2 and +7 in G4.

This game would've been the perfect opportunity for him to initiate a protest and sit out for Breonna Taylor just to keep reminding the owners how serious he is. I'm sure he was pissed off it about when the Bucks took away his moment the first time around. Instead he's wasting his time bitching about free throws in a series they were already up 2-1. :oldlol:

Why not? He did the same thing to Draymond in 2016 filing a report to Silver to upgrade the foul and get him suspended.

Jokic got 2 FT's to Lebron and AD's combined 28.

That's a rig.

It worked for the Nuggets in game 2, where they got 33 FTAs compared for Lakers' 19 after Malone's post-game 1 crying about the refs. Still didn't win them the game though.

I just cant believe it was that easy.

just put in the formal complaint and everything goes his way?

thats it?

I thought the nba would at least try to make it less obvious, especially since the news was out about what the lakers did after game 3.

You do know that the very next game your team was +14 on the boards, right? They bitched to the press and got a ton of FT's.

I really don't understand what you're crying about here. LeBron lives in the paint and he got FT's, as he should. The Nuggets have 113 FT's this series, as do the Lakers.

LeBron got 10 FT's the first three games. 10. Jerami Grant had 12 in G3.

Grant has 18 FT's for the series. LeBron has 24.

FOH with your autistic BS. :oldlol:

Also, Draymond was kicking people in the nuts left and right in the '16 PO's. In all fairness, he should've been suspended in the WCF.

Why isn't it the same? Because the Nuggets had the coach complain and the Lakers had a player complain?

Free throws in this series are dead even at 113-113.
The Nuggets have scored 4 more points off their free throw attempts than the Lakers.
The Nuggets have been called for 97 fouls this series, and the Lakers 109.

Cry me a river.

Hours after his sexual encounter with a hotel employee in Colorado, Kobe Bryant told investigators that Shaquille O'Neal, his Laker teammate at the time, had paid up to $1 million to women to keep them quiet about “situations like this,” according to a police report.

No matter the issue, it's crazy to see how the media just lays the narrative onto people.

Pjax was always pretty vocal about doing this, and Vogel explained how it works yesterday. There's something called the officiating portal, where all teams can submit plays of any of their games, which they felt were wrong calls - probably every teams do this after all of their games.

Time for Nuggets fans to man up, the game the other day was lost because they gave up offensive rebounds and Lakers defense. "Oh but the momentum would have changed if Lebron had been called for the foul on Murray!!"
This is the same play, with Murray committing a foul on Lebron just a split second before:

mike malone is an intelligent guy. Nba reffing is often bad because its hard - not because its rigged or biased.

sometimes you do have to outplay the refs and not beat yourself- nuggets got wrecked on the boards. even a midget like rondo was getting huge offensive boards.

you cant blame a loss on the refs when you also play your worst defense of the series, which he also said. kcp drove from the baseline to dunk it twice and they got wrecked inside.

A formal complaint is better and more effective because you can actually present evidence for what you're complaining about. That way refs can watch for similar type of fouls in the upcoming games. It makes perfect sense. No clue what you're on about in this thread.
