Bam is clearly the best player from that draft

Bam #1
Mitchell #2

I think Tatum would go #1 in a re-do, Mitchell or Bam would go #2.

Still too early tho, Mitchell avged 38 pts in a playoff series.

Tatum might go #1, a scoring wing man more valuable than a small ball center.

Miami really knows how to draft well. Bam at 14, Herro at 13, and then picking up Duncan Robinson when he went undrafted was great

Gotta agree.

Bam is awesome but Embiid getting swept and AD's Lebron-less years showed us that a Championship team still begins with a perimeter superstar.
A big man, no matter how talented, simply can't move the needle enough by himself. A superstar wing with a competent cast can still take you further in the post-season.

Tatum has that potential.

Bam is like a mixture of Draymond and AD.

Not as refined as AD in certain areas such as scoring, but is that jack of all trades type like Draymond.

Really is the ultimate number 2 option for any superstar. Does everything well and is so athletic that he can step out and guard smaller players on the perimeter while also being a rim protector.

Go look at his game 5 numbers.

Wrong.

Since that's what you're good at. Looking at 1 game in a vacuum.

I dont really pay attention to drafts outside the top 5 tbh since im not as invested in sports in general as I was in the past. But if all that was attained in one draft year that's pretty damn impressive.

Yes. Me and some buddies were talking about how we wish GS could turn Dray into Bam somehow. :lol

He would be amazing on the warriors but he also would be for pretty much every team in the league. He is a great player.

Did you watch the ECF?

Did you watch the ECF?

Did you watch the 2011 finals? Does that mean that you will pick Dirk and Wade over Lebron in a draft?

Again, you’re an idiot. Tatum even has better playoffs raw and advance stats

Bam does a lot of stuff that doesn’t show up in the box score. I’ll take him. Tatum gags in the clutch while Bam comes up big.

It would depend on who had the pick. Of the three real candidates (Adebayo, Tatum, Mitchell) Donovan Mitchell has had the most individual success so far. This season Tatum has caught up statistically but prior seasons it wasn't close. Tatum is the best perimeter defender but Adebayo is a defensive anchor and overall thr best defender of the bunch. If your idea of a franchise player is a go-to scorer Bam is third.

Steaming. Can’t wait till Bam wins DPOY. Enjoy Tatum continuing to brick contested 3s.

Bam is gonna average 20 PPG in his prime. Weird take. Potatum peaked in 2018.

So bam is gonna average what Tatum is already casually averaging?

Oof you keep digging yourself a hole here.

You do realize Bam is massively more impactful defensively right?

So massively that the difference is BPM in the playoffs is below 1, and Tatum actually has better defensive win shares

BPM says LeBron>AD on defense pretty easily in the playoffs too. Do you agree?

Um they play on the same team, literally is impossible to tell as they both benefit from playing with each other
