Politically speaking, I think the Trump campaign going after Biden for his lack of cognitive capabilities is a mistake, they set the bar really low for Biden, if he doesn't completely shit the bed, then you could interpret it as a "win". Any drug that can be taken to help him focus for a couple hours is not something he could take round the clock, 7 days a week, especially at his age.
