Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Parscale removed from the campaign a while back? He was definitely on there for a long time and by all accounts did great things in the 2016 election from a digital media perspective.

Probably either the Trump team saw he wasn't doing well because of personal issues and removed or demoted(not sure which) him.
Or he started having personal issues and drinking because he was removed or demoted.
