It would have been interesting to see Sabonis play others centers prior to 1987 injury. Before that he was more mobile, athletic and healthy. I think prime Shaq would have still scored on him more so than Sabonis on him but it wouldn't be by alot or how it was with Sabonis already injured and old when they met. Sabonis had better fundamentals, better shooting, much better passing/creating for others and higher b-ball iq. What's underrated about Shaq was his ballhandling. The dude could handle the rock at his size, strength and weight it was almost impossible to stop him once he did one ofh his "Black Tornado Spins" and Dunks.
