Nobody is liking my Facebook posts anymore

I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe they aren’t seeing it or maybe it’s the election. A few weeks ago I got more than 50 likes for posting weight loss pics. And now I keep on posting my workout routine but I’m not getting more than 5 likes per post. Why did they only like it only one time? Don’t I get credit for keeping it up? People that usually like my posts aren’t liking them now.

How did I go from 50 likes to 1-2 likes? Not fair because some people get 70 likes for posting something stupid. Now I feel stupid when I post and don’t get results. I don’t know if FB is hiding my posts or if people don’t wanna like it anymore. I have a handful of people that like every post and leave a comment and even they have stopped.

I wish I understood the psychology of some people. Like what causes them to hit like or just lurk.

Manny98 is right. If you keep on posting the same thing your audience will start to lose interest. He didn't use periods, but Manny is turning out to be no dummy.

People who work in advertisement understand this and look at charts that shows them the same old story. New ad posted on Monday on ISH, 700 clicks, Tuesday 500 clicks, Wednesday, 110 clicks, Thursdays 27 clicks. And so on and so on. So you always have to come up with new angles. Jeff can probably talk to you about this.

The psychology is basically this, they saw it, now it's on to new things. So you have to keep providing them new things.

Very serious question, but instead of posting this on ISH, have you tried posting what you wrote on the OP to your Facebook? Copy and paste it. Honesty can go a long way. It leads to things getting cleared, which leads to things getting done. Maybe your friends can provide you with some useful feedback about what you can do so that they can continue giving you likes. The sooner you can find out the sooner you can solve this issue that's gripping your life.

She could give the best answer in the world, but if she's not pretty, then her ass isn't on the stage period. It's stupid and has no place in beauty pageants. All she really needed to say was it shows a flaw in the myopic nature of the US education system, those deficiencies can be addressed in the curriculum. Giving her x amount of time to answer and she stumbled through trying to sound overly intelligent and just the opposite ended up happening. But as you said, it's a contest based on how someone looks and most people probably don't care much about what lies beneath the surface.

Most people are on Instagram nowadays and probably due to work and family stuff, less people going on FB.

This happened to me, back when I was in HS, college, my posts have 50+ likes, now I don't even have that much likes anymore, because everyone from my school too focused with work so they just don't feel like to go on FB anymore.

FB long outlived its purpose for me. When I was able to find old high school and college friends that I had long since lost touch with, it was cool. Once people started putting their dirty laundry on it, declaring themselves on vacation ( I have a friend who does this and got burgularized once when on holiday, I swear it was an inside job from someone who knew the house was empty. He still does it :facepalm) or posting what they cooked for dinner, I was out. I deleted both my FB and Instagram apps and deactivated accounts a few weeks ago.
