i mean why? economy are thriving and they are all living in a big mansion, driving sport cars, banging hot model gf/bf, eating steak, drinking red win, they are fking living in a dream life.
but howcome they are the main anti trump force?

i literally see no NBA star support trump, and so far, the only celebrity i know who supported trump is james wood, and there are literally 0 streamer root for trump.

I think it’s the classic case of not knowing shit about politics and about life in general, so they then put on this act and facade of being “woke” to go against Middle America and the Conservative Christian Right. I think their thought process is that they feel inferior to those who are in “the know”, so they pretend to act superior by going against those who are more in tune with politics. That’s why when you ask them to name a specific issue they disagree with, they can never give you a straight answer. It’s all about optics with these people. They want to feel important.

These are the same people who have never heard of the Holocaust, but have no problem calling Trump a Nazi. They want to feel important and feel like they’re in tune with current events, when in reality, they are complete and utter idiots who don’t know much about anything.

It's something very simple that I noticed around the year 2000. To be a famous Hollywood star, or even not so famous, to be selected you have to be incredible at kissing ass. I mean I'm talking about beyond elite level.

All you have to do is watch movie promotions when they ask them questions about the director, actors, etc.

It always goes something like, "Omg, Tom Hanks is simply one of the greatest human beings, if not the greatest human being that I've ever met..." "He is so amazing that his urine cured an ear infection that I had..." "His urine doesn't even smell like urine, but more like a Christmas tree..." "Will Smith is so funny, amazing, and magical. He literally cured a kid in a wheelchair by placing his hand on his head. And one time he put a piece of rock between his butt cheeks and squeezed it so hard that he was able to create a diamond."

This is a specific ass kissing personality that's required. If your personality doesn't have it, then the jobs will not come. It's very exact.

And so once the media makes hating a candidate the cool thing, and one star comes out, and then the other, then the vast majority are going to agree.

The NBA players is slightly different. It's more of a group thing, with this group being mostly black, and the media telling them Trump is a racist. Don't want to be an outcast. Of course most of them are not going to know anything about the issues, but the ones that do are going to stay shut.

Because they all have the same mindset that supporting the incumbent potus equates to being dumb and moronic

Mentally a lot of these people are still in high school

They'll say and do whatever aligns with popular culture

Since black people heavily influence pop culture with rap and sports, and since there's a false narrative of trump being racist... athletes and celebs alike will follow the low IQ narrative to fit in

Its literally just high school shit from people that wanna be accepted

It’s been like this forever. The vast majority of celebrities have been liberal WAY before Trump

It's because generally speaking they grew up in an urban environment... not many rural celebs

That's what the divide really is...urban (liberal) vs rural (conservative). Our cities are blue with the surrounding areas red.

Because they are a part of the media.

Lets not forget Media is also inclusive of celebrities. Celebrities only exist because television, radio etc. etc. give them the opportunity to succeed. The media can quickly ruin a celeb if they wanted to from just allegations or biased coverage.

wtf...

Hollywood is where people go (or atleast did) to become a star, not where they're actually from. There are of course exceptions like childhood stars who were thrown into it because of parents being part of Hollywood.

Same thing for Nashville. Yes, country music is huge there and lots of great country artists come from there. But that's because these artists go there to get noticed - hardly any are actually FROM there.

artists...(actors, singers, entertainers, etc)...are 'usually' urbanites

country stars are usually from the country lol....and I would bet that most country musicians lean right

same with young techy youtube streamers and such...these are not rural people

athletes are generally urbanites too...but the ones that are from rural USA I would bet they 'usually' lean right

Media is liberal, therefore celebrities have to be. You cant go against the BLM agenda if you play in the NFL... look what they did to brees. You cant do it in the NBA. Can't do it in Hollywood.

Look at the UFC... one of the few entertainment venues where the leadership (Dana White) is a trump supporter. There you see guys free to speak their mind on it ~ McGregor, Covington, Ortiz, Sonnen etc.
