Will the media let him? I imagine they are all going to vote lebron no matter how good Davis is

He had the best chance going into the finals...so no one should be surprised.

The media loved Curry and what did they do to him?

Guess what, it's not a media award. It's a most valuable award.

That’s why AD is getting it and deserves it.

He's not close to FMVP

Lebron has easily been the best player so far

They've both been very good but ad is absolutely unstoppable on offense plus he's better defensively and in rebounding. Bron is the better playmaker though.

Right now he certainly is your finals MVP. He has been near perfect through both games.

Davis, FMVP and it's not close. 32/14 on 75% shooting game 2.

AD has the slight edge bc of game 1...but if Bron outpaces AD the next 2, it'll be Bron's 4th.

LeBron easily right now... creates more points with fewer TOs and plays better D

Yep

This isn't even an Iggy vs Curry situation because LeBron is scoring just as much as AD

But is better everywhere else by a huge margin

This race isn't close

Game 1 +/- :
Lebron + 10
AD +23

Game 2 +/- :
Lebron +7
AD +10

Average in points: LBJ 29 PPG, AD 33 PPG. Plus Lebron played almost the entire 4th quarter of blowout game 1 to stat-pad. You know it and I know it.

Yea, so far Davis is the favorite. The real finals is the fights between Davis And Lebron for FMVP. Nothing else is really interesting about these finals. The lakers are just so much better than everyone.

I think its dead even right now, both have 2 games left to put up a distinctive stat line.

LeBron is 23-42 with 58 points, 22 boards, 18 assists and 2 TO
Davis is 26-41 with 66 points, 23 boards, 6 assists and 4 TO

I think its worth mentioning a good portion of Davis' points most likely came from LeBron assists. I dont have the stats handy, but I would wager such

4 Finals MVPs on 3 different teams/coaches in 2 different conferences.
An accomplishment that might never get duplicated again.
