Thane died in the Philippines last year. Thane was one of the security guards who escorted the late Senator Robert Kennedy in 1968. RFK Jr said Thane shot his father several times after the failed shooting of Sirhan Sirhan.

RFK Jr might be a douchebag, but I believe in his conspiracy theory. It sucks that Cesar was never investigated for his crime.
