Not a fair comparison. While Lewis did play well in 1992, you're ignoring the fact that Chicago faced an elite defensive team in the Knicks in 1994. The Knicks finished 1st in Drtg in 1993-94. Compare that to the Pacers in 1991-92 who finished 19th, and the Cavs who finished 11th.
