I’m the same way and my theory is it’s because say we’re using a desktop computer to watch porn while jacking off it’s easier to just use your left hand than it is crossing your left arm over to the mouse or rearranging your setup. Same could be said with a mobile device you’re probably more comfortable holding the device in your dominant hand.

But even then when i was a lot younger i was already doing so with my left hand whenever i'm imagining of horny things through my mind.
