He probably didn't want to brick it like Kobe would have done.

It was the right play. Miami collapsed 3 defenders to the paint when Bran drove. Can't get a better look than what Danny Green got.

If he shoots it like Mamba, this usually happens.

LeBron single handedly ruined Mamba Night, Championship night by doing exactly what Kobe would not have done, passed the ball in that situation.

LeBron has to take that last shot.

You guys keep saying this knowing the outcome. It is not the right play. Not Danny Green.

Kobe is still considered clutch?

This. In general in most situations its definitely the higher percentage play. In this case it wasn't. Green has been dog shit and has no confidence in his shot. I'd take a contested pull up j fron an all time great over a wide open three from a bum any day.

You don't pass to the wide open man after gathering a triple team?

If LeBron had taken that shot and missed it everyone would be saying how Green was open and the "Greatest Passer of All time" failed to notice a wide open 3 point specialist.

LeBron would've gotten slandered either way be honest y'all.

What's it look like when down but same scenario, half lebron's winners come from being tied with no pressure or up 1

Bingo.

When they’re down he NEVER takes the shot.. it’s always “right play” and hot potatoes it.

He’ll only take a shot if it’s tied or they’re up. Front running beta

Exactly.

Everytime they bring up game winner stats, I always ask how many of those were when they were actually behind and its hit or lose?....

Unsurprisingly I get crickets in return

Lebron choked that last play. He was rushed, not confident at all.
He traveled like crazy even taking the inbound pass, it should have been Miami ball.
You don’t seek for a screen to attract double team in those situation, and you don’t bully drive to the paint.
Put Kyrie, Mj, Kd, Kobe in that position, they would have taken a nice pull up jumper, a thing Lebron has never had.

When there is to much time to think, lebron has never been good managing those last plays, because he hasn’t the tools (midrange, pull up jumper), and is to predictable, to handle those situation.

He has made some nice go ahead nice shots but they are mainly when there is like 5-3sec left and has nothing else to do but shoot, he is statistically good at it. But apart from the one against Toronto in 2018, when there are too many possibilities and like 20-10 sec left , he shrinks and always have the pass in mind, he usually makes a not so good pass, he drives but you know he won’t shoot.

That’s exactly what separates him from MJ.
