I can't believe she's being sued. This is the 2nd shooting where the LAPD is being sued by a "victim" that had a weapon. I feel bad for the family of the guy she killed but it's not her fault this guy was a crazy suicidal meth head taunting cops with a weapon. These are frivolous lawsuits that waste taxpayer money. The family needs to be put into bankruptcy if they pursue legal action against the cops and lose.

This woman is a competitive shooter. The wrong cop to mess with.

If the victim wasnt black, his life didnt matter. So this seems pretty open and shut. Being a latino doesnt automatically rule out his being black... but it’s unlikely.

I dont see a need to investigate here. If a DNA test comes back negative for African heritage, we can close the books on this one. Simple as that. :confusedshrug:
