Not sure what the point of posting this here is since its 80 percent Laker trolls but do you think this bubble title...
Counts less cause theres no crowd atmosphere therefore feels more like a practice
Or
Counts equally or more because of the hardcore nature of being isolated from society and put into what amounts to a basketball torture chamber...
Im curious how the players feel about it.
Good show by the Lakers and Heat. Congrats to the quee.. i mean King James.

Counts double for Lakers. Earn the 1 seed all season, and don't get to reap the benefits of HCA. Also, lasting in the bubble the longest despite not being able to see family/kids. They proved to be the most talented and mentally toughest team in the league.

Where's the more option?
No homecourt advantage
Extreme bubble conditions
This is arguably the hardest ring ever

No homecourt advantage makes it easier than usual for the lower seed thus more competitive

The way they celebrate will decide what to make of this chip.

More--injuries were minimized as a factor as teams were given extra time to heal and the best teams were deprived of HCA.

Was there something different about the game of basketball in the bubble?
Were the courts bigger/smaller?
Was the basket taller/shorter?
Was the ball lighter/heavier?
What?

More, mentally the hardest chip ever. Try going 3 months with just playing games, going back to your hotel room and repeat.

It counts as two rings it was so hard. LeBron and AD fought for home court all year and didn’t even get to enjoy it. Still won a RANG.

It counts like an asterisk not bc of bubble play, but bc the of the Lakers easier road to the finals. They didn't play the Bucks, Toronto, the Clippers, or the warriors. Basically Miami was there gift basket in disguise only now they have to wear the asterisk and people know it's not bc of the bubble.

Less. Not just the no fans & no traveling aspect, but the fact that a 35 y.o vet had 4 months off between RS & Playoffs. Doesn't compare to Jordan playing all 82 games w/ Pippen missing half of them & winning MVP + FMVP in '98, or Kobe winning on one leg with an injured index finger on his shooting hand in '10.

Definitely was a disadvantage for the higher seeds. Miami likely doesn't go up 2-0 on Milwaukee and Boston having to win all 4 of those games on the road.
This title counts the exact same as every other title. If you are not going to asterisk teams for winning titles where their opponents had injuries to their best players, how can you asterisk this? You better have a compelling argument of who would've won the title in a normal year and honestly good luck. The Clippers and the Bucks certainly didn't convince me they would have won it in a normal year.

Lol do you really believe this or are you just trolling? By that logic, any year there are upsets or injuries it should be an asterisk. And if Miami was such a gift don't tell Milwaukee.
