I'd go Celtics. They draft and develop talent. Lakers have been a shitshow. Lebron deciding to go there is the only thing that changed that

It’s always been Lakers. Celtics won most of theirs in one era. Lakers have spanned practically the entire history of the nba as champions.

Well, i think the celtics would have a shot if len bias and reggie lewis weren't so unfortunate to be gone too soon but their premature demises are big obvious factors why they had to wallow in mediocrity during the baldan decade.
