If I'm the head coach of an all-time Lakers team I'd want my starting 5 to look like this:

SG: West
SF: LeBron
PF: Davis
C: Kareem

For chemistry and for sanity I'd prefer to coach West over Kobe Bryant and I wouldn't even think twice about it because West was amazing.
