I’m going with the 2013 Lakers since they had 4 players make the all star team just a year prior

Any team with Steve Nash never wins, because he is defensive hole.

Any team with Anthony Davis, Dion Waiters, LeHype James, Kyle Kuzma, Avery Bradley, Rajon Rondo and there MVP, James Pitaro, is more talented / equipped to win an NBA Championship.

If I'm remembering right, the 2013 Lakers didn't even make the playoffs or barely got in and knocked out immediately. They had so many injuries and chemistry issues that it was an absolute disaster. Why are these teams being compared? I think more interesting would be the Pau/Kobe chip lakers vs the 2020 lakers

Kobe lacked leadership, impact, efficiency, and iq/understanding of the game

Put current lebron on the 2013 Lakers and they win easily despite some of the minor injuries the lakers dealt with

I genuinely think there's a bigger gap between lebron and Kobe than there is a gap between an all-star and bench player.

Not a knock on Kobe(RIP), lebron is just a once in forever athlete that we'll never see again in any sport

The gap between him and the next guy is massive, no other sport can say the same.

Horrendous leader/locker room presence

2013 was stacked. 2020 Lakers was basically LeBron, and AD as his 2nd option...then nobody else, bc the rest of the team was essentially trash. Rondo played well, but you need to be able to rely on more than 2 guys. I felt sorry for LeBron bc danny green and kuzma were hot trash, they were supposed to help the team, instead they made it worse.

2013 was the last time dwight played for the lakers before signing with them again last year. It was also the last time they made the playoffs until this year. What a weird coincidence.

That 2013 Lakers team chemistry was just bad, Kobe can't lead, Nash can't work with Dwight, Gasol etc...
