The differing abilities between Jordan's kids and LeBron's has less to do with genes and more to do with how they were raised.

Jordan was hands-off with his kids and he also told them that he would feel sorry for them if they played basketball because they could never be as good as him.

LeBron doesn't talk down to his children like that. He supports them and builds their confidence while teaching them the finer points of the game.

Lebron would be a much better GM and team owner than MJ, this I agree with you. However, it doesn’t matter to the all time ranking since only the player career matters here which is why you don’t find names like Red Auerbach and Phil Jackson on the greatest of all time list. Lebron May be better than MJ on almost every aspect, but won’t change the fact that MJ is the clear cut better/greater basketball player.
