Poor Derrick hasn't been the same since that 2011 series where LeBron held him to 6% shooting

Poor fella crumbled

People are still trying to link D Rose to the Lakers. Don't know why.

Wow, talk about dodging a kill shot there. Caruso's defense and energy was integral to the Lakers championship run. I can only imagine the drastic negative impact Rose replacing Caruso would've had to their chances.

Why didn't Lebron win the MVP when he was younger than DRose? :confusedshrug:

Rose is still a great playoffs performer.

Hit game winner against Cavs and outplayed the same CP3 y'all say would've beaten Warriors had he not gotten hurt.

Rose had a really good year, and would have helped out as a secondary ballhandler. Frankly, the Lakers got lucky that Rondo showed out so well, otherwise they were going to have some difficulty on offense for periods. I don't think Rose would have been a bad fit.

That being said, they won the ring :confusedshrug: not like you get anything extra for winning harder.

Saying he outplayed CP3 is pushing it. Chris Paul put up 19/6/2 in that series on 49% shooting. He slowed down CP3 a bit, but he certainly didn't outplay him.

Doesn’t matter who you give LeBron. By the time he’s done with them they will have a chip and be considered a HOFer

Rose worked Lebron in that series. It was Wade that held him down. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ikc-uM_Ekkc
