i'd say he did it in era that only compares with the late 60s in talent.

Really? Because I don't think MJ's era even competes with 60s talent. 90s ball might have been the weakest the league has ever been. Thank the heavens LordBron saved it.

some of these records in the NBA are totally miss-leading
What players played 1-4 years in college verses players out of high school and into the pro's with all of those extra years as a pro ??

If you DELETED MJ's skid marks from his 1-9 panties and only focused on his 10 best years against LJ's best 10 years LeBron James would still have done more for all statistical categories
