But nineiron’s hunch is better than two players that actually played with him

MJ stans never give Pippen, Rodman, Grant, Kukoc credit (except rookie Kukoc and 94' Grant). Meanwhile they will tell you Irving and even old 13'/14' Wade were world beaters. Oh, and any players MJ played against who were at any point an all-star. Dan Majerle! Porter! Schrempf! Nance! Those are REAL stars.

Imagine having the best small forward in the NBA and arguably the second best player on the planet according to some as your partner in crime the bulk of your career?

The Bulls signed Harper in September of 1994 while the Bulls were openly shopping Pippen as there were talks of moving Kukoc to SF full time. Miami offered Ronnie Seikaly for Pippen, and Washington offered the rights to rookie Juwan Howard. Kemp's name was also brought up but Seattle never seriously considered the trade. If they had, Krause would shipped Pippen out of town before the ink dried. Pippen wasn't that highly though of, despite what you guys think. The "best player in the league" doesn't get openly bandied about in trade talks for a journeyman center and a rookie.

Stop it. Get some help.

Nah, it is not that big deal. Every team had a Pippen level second guy back then! :lol Look at all these great "sidekicks" the Bulls faced--they are so dominant I am surprised MJ stans never post their numbers. For instance, how did the Bulls stand a chance against Stockton's 9 PPG?

Well Rodman averaged 3ppg and 8rpg in the 1998 finals, getting destroyed by Malone on both ends of the floor.
:facepalm
