He is the 16 years old french kid who's been training with Rudy Gobert. Gobert said he's a combination of him, Porzingis, and Kevin Durant. Vic is playing professional basketball since he was 15 in the french league.

7'3" with a near 8 feet wing span. He and Emoni Bates are projected as the top 2 picks in the 2023 draft class.

What is his wing span? He looks like he's all arms and legs

He's already on the cusp of being too tall

Thabeet is 7'3'' with 7'10'' wingspan too, he needs to develop post moves or a jumper in order to be effective in NBA.

If he's being compared with Durant, Gobert and Porzingas he can probably shoot and protect the rim. He'll have to put on weight and quit growing taller at some point

If the nba changed it rules in 2022. We might see him become eligible in the nba draft.

Feels like another 'too tall for his own good' type. Upon entering the NBA, he'll bulk up a lot and then riddled with injuries for a few seasons. And then forced to retire.

Can he walk unassisted?

What kid his height weighed an amount where you didn’t laugh like a schoolgirl? By all means run off those names...

Nothing Rudy about this kid. He cooked Rudy in a 1 v 1. But Rudy can’t defend the perimeter so I guess it don’t matter.

Or you can stop being lazy and look him up on YouTube. You probably wouldn’t have even typed Thabeet let alone say he needs a jumper.

He had 22 points and 10 rebounds vs. Spain. Victor is better than Emoni Bates,

Going to LMAO if the Spurs tank, and they draft Vic Wembanyama

And Tony Parker might end up being the next Spurs Coach.

That level of length and agility is special in combination. People of that height are rare enough...much less ones who seem coordinated like him.

"He is probably the reason why the Spurs traded Dejounte Murray" They need a franchise caliber big man who might become the greatest French player in NBA History"

I fully expect him to become a bust. Don't even expect him to become nearly as good as Gobert.

The Spurs have seemingly just traded Dejounte Murray for a bag of cheetos and a snickers bar... So they obviously know something we don't.

- You can tell he's got a feel for shooting at his height too. I watched those Spain vs France u19 highlights.

Wow, THAT bad?

I mean, the dude is ridiculously skinny and just going off of those videos, he looks like he's about 165. He needs to bulk up a lot as he really doesn't look like a KD or Giannis kinda player. I really don't know how his ligaments would deal with that. The bulk up, I mean. He looks like he's a hard foul in the NBA away from breaking 10 different bones.

I guess, Imagine shares the same sentiments.

yeah he would certainly be a bust if he was one of the best players in the league like Gobert:roll:
