The problem is that you cant build a system with Lebron, Lebron has his own system. The system is more efficient with only 1 superstar player and multiple role players, but its less efficient when the team has multiple superstars or even all-stars. This is why Lebron never lost in the first round, his system has high floor and passing 1st round is easy provided hes healthy. This is also why Lebron lost a lot in the finals, since at that stage his opponents tend to be multi-star teams with a proper system like the triangle(Bulls/Lakers) and ball-movement(Spurs/Warriors).

Magic won multiple titles under different systems. He won under Coach Westhead sharing pg duties with Norm Nixon and Kareem being the leading scorer early in his career. Then he won in the fast paced Showtime system under Pat Riley running pg full time eventually being the team's leading scorer himself. Finally, it's often forgotten that he led the Lakers to the finals in a completely new slower system in '91 under Coach Dunleavy. I've often said that Magic is the greatest "puzzle piece" in league history. You could plug him into any system and the team would improve and likely be championship contenders.
