Freedom of offensive speech inherently comes with consequences, whether it be hurt feelings of the recipient, backlash or in this case, a severed head. The correct term is: freedom of speech shouldn't come with consequences from the government, with obvious exceptions.

The main problem in this case is complex but there are two main ones. First, the government are integrating foreigners with different values. Second, the radicalism of some islamic sects. This is why Islamic countries all around the world are taking steps to deradicalized Muslims, even at the cost of some freedom of speech. Preachers at mosques are monitored, and if they are preaching radicalism, they will be 'removed' one way or another. Only peaceful Islam that aligns with the government's vision are allowed. Western countries need to do the same.

For the record, I never compared muslims to blacks, just trannies.
