As far as sports go, jumping has to be among the easiest.

Look at a real sport like basketball - you have to dribble, shoot, pass, run, jump...etc, and instead of running down an empty track and jumping over a bar that is fixed in place, you have to run down a court thats littered with defenders and jump over another human who is attempting to block you back to the stone age

You also forgot the part where during timeouts and after the game in interviews, you have to discuss social justice issues and say their names.
