Killing infidels was done during a time of war in early Muslim history. There was Madina and Makkah. The Quraysh of Makkah oppressed Muslims for years, took their belongings, tortured some, and basically Muslims fled to Madinah---battles ensued for the next few years. When people go to war, they usually kill each other. But then there are rules. Do some reading and educate yourself on the early Muslim history. You don't have to worry about being killed because there is no treachery in Islam. Even during those days there were strict rules....

The environment back then DOES NOT equal agreeing to follow the laws of the land and living among civilians in this modern day globalized village.

The Amish provide for their own. Have a strong work ethic. Have very low crime rates and refuse to take social security, food stamps and welfare benefits. Plus they were here before the US was even a nation. If there is a polar opposite to Muslim migrants, it's the Amish.
