How are women treated in the Corp these days?

How are the women being treated in the corp these days? Do they go through the same regimen? Are they being isolated? Is the displacement of men vs women setting them up for sexual harassment?

I'm curious to see if there has been change in current environment. My niece is dead set on joining.
