Strongest? Anthony Mason probably. Fastest? Who knows. I highly doubt it's Bran if that's what you are implying, though.

Yea there’s no real answers. Strength wise Mason is a name to consider. But then you have Ron Artest who was huge by the back half of his career and was clearly a monster in a weight room. But if we talk basketball strength like moving people around? Might be Barkley who was a 3 for years when he played with Rick Mahorn.

Who knows how strong all those role players have been over the decades?

You think muscle tone = strength...not true (It just adds to your innate natural strength).

Barkley was 6´4 5/8 ft but was 250-260 lbs. You have to be strong to be that heavy and jump and run like Charles did.

6´4 5/8 ft and 300 lbs in college and tell me when you see someone move like that weighing that much?

Tell me when we see Lebron do something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KQFxxHmVMc

Being fat doesn’t = strength

Just means you’re heavy

Would you say Glen Davis is the strongest player in NBA History then?

And nice muscle looking tune does not = strength either.

You have to be strong to move the way Charles did at his height while being 35-40 lbs overweight in college.

Barkley loved contact! Lebron? not so much.

Did he make the Finals? :lol

Kiwi has led his team in Finals scoring once in his entire career. LeBron has now done this 9 times.

Who knows. Your obviously looking for bron as the answer though. He's definitely not the strongest and he may not be the fastest either. Whats impressive is brons speen for his size and strength. I cant think of anyone better in that aspect.

Barkley probably could have played DE/DT in the NFL if he had chosen the sport of football. He was an amazing athlete. Matter of fact, even at 280 to 300 pounds he was mostly just muscle. Sonny Smith the head basketball coach at Auburn back then used pick on Barkley about his weight, and after a while Barkley really took offense to it. Things got so bad between them that Barkley threatened to quit the team and transfer to rival Alabama. Finally, the coaching staff decided to send Barkley to see a sports nutritionist for the football team. Back then the athletic trainers' offices for football were located in the basement of Auburn basketball coliseum. Auburn had a big time football program in the early 80's and had some of the best support staff money could buy, but it was strictly off limits to the rest of the athletic department. They were just for football, but they made an exception for Barkley since he was such a huge star and very popular with the fans and on campus. Sonny told the football trainers that he thought Barkley's target basketball playing weight should be around 230 to 240 pounds. Anyway, after they got done hooking up Barkley to all this equipment and running a bunch of tests the training staff finally came back and told Sony Smith they would have to cut off Barkley's leg and arm to get him down to that weight since he was mostly muscle, and if he were on the football team Barkley would be one of the best conditioned athletes on the team. Keep in mind that Auburn football team had Bo Jackson on it at the time, so there were some pretty good athletes on that football team.

Bird nor Kawhi embarrassed America in the Olympics like Lebron did nor only brought 0 titles in 10 years for the franchise that drafted them.

In & Out of screens (Xs & Os) / Lateral = Leonard/George (tie)
Fastest to jump & double jump = Dr.J / Wilkins

Latrell Sprewell is one of the fastest and probably one of the strongest pound for pound being able to guard bruising small forwards at 6'5" 190

Barkley also had better lateral movements than Lebron. Barkley could dissect moving lateraly. Lebron looks so stiff when doing so.
