Biden did perform better in the debates than anyone expected but let's be honest here, his senior moments are becoming all too frequent to ignore. In addition, once he's elected a large portion of the Democrat arm is going to turn on him like a pack of starving cannibalistic wolves. He's an old establishment white guy and there's a minority woman waiting to fill his position. Basically he's going to have a target on his back his whole term. If there's any meat on the Ukraine corruption scandal the media and left won't protect him like they are now.

Can he fight off dementia onset like Reagan did and hang in there, or will he succumb to it and/or his own party abandoning him?

I think you are underestimating the power of dementia and cognitive decline at his age. It's clearly setting in. The stress and hard work of the election trail has kept his mind fluid and slowed the decline but if he wins, he'll begin to relax a little and then the dementia, Alzheimers, or whatever he has that's slowing his brain down will continue on something fierce

I don’t think we’re watching the same debate. He had a lot of gaffes. There are a lot of YT videos showing this so you don’t have to watch it again. He may have finished sentences if that’s what you think is holding his own but in the context of the questions being asked he was lost.

I will give you examples:

-build a million houses to get rid of the gas industry?

-raising federal minimum wage by giving businesses stimulus relief?

-creating jobs by shutting down the economy?

Let’s not forget those long pauses to collect his thoughts. He had many more in just his rallies. He’s getting memed.

At his age he has a lot of handlers telling him what to do because running for President is another animal for anyone. The things you have to remember and most importantly the city you're in and the people of those cities. It's crazy to think he can remember all those things in his fragile state.
