Hello, basketball friends.
My name is Kārlis Zukovskis and I’ am a basketball coach.
I would love to share some basketball workouts with you that you can use in these “Covid-19 times”.
The first one is for hand speed and coordination. This one you can easily do in your apartment and it won’t disturb your neighbors.
The second one is stationary dribbling with one ball. It's more suitable for point gards, and on this workout you will work on “behind the back" driblle and “between the legs” driblling.
The third workout is stationary driblling with two balls. In this workout you will be working on driblle “between the legs’’, some drills that will help you to do ‘’split” between two defenders and also it will help you to get the ball over the basketball cort. This workout is for basketball players who allredy have good driblling skills.
